- Message us on WhatsApp — we answer your questions and tell you how to pay by UPI after the free month.
- Sign in to Medha with your phone number — an SMS code, no password.
- We switch you on — we check each new family before their child can play.
- Add your child, choose their settings and their daily time, and start playing.
Honest notes.
- Medha supports therapy; it does not replace it or diagnose. Share what you see with your child’s therapist or doctor.
- Some things come from a school or a centre. The register, fees, the cab, notices, homework, ID cards, school alerts, the teacher’s observations and PTA notes need a school or centre on Medha. If your child’s school or centre joins later, you can join their class with a code.
- Tell us anything — the Feedback page in the app reaches us directly.
- It speaks but never listens: children answer by tapping.
- Kid Lock keeps your child inside Medha; on an iPhone it cannot block the phone’s own home button.
